Xtraordinary Journey is a program held by PT. Fujifilm Indonesia (FFID) which is then referred to as “Organizer”.

All parties participating in this competition (“Participants”) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions listed below, including changes if any (“Terms”). The organizer has the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time either with or without prior notice. The organizer's decision regarding all matters relating to this Program is final. This program runs from September 27, 2018 to October 16, 2018 with a series of voting activities in the Xtraordinary Journey photo found on the Fujifilm Indonesia website http://xtraordinary.fujifilm-x.id/.

  1. INITIAL TERMS

    1. Indonesian citizens and residing in Indonesia.
    2. At least 18 years of age (must be proven by a National Identity Card or Passport or other valid identity card (“Self Identity”) at the time of Winner verification).

  2. PARTICIPANTS

    1. The competition is open to all Indonesian citizens in accordance with the initial conditions.
    2. Participants are required to provide personal data for communication purposes if the Participant wins this program.
    3. Participants are allowed to vote / vote for Xtraordinary Journey photos found on the website http://xtraordinary.fujifilm-x.id/ during the program.
    4. Participants are required to take Fujifilm Indonesia social media by like Fujifilm Indonesia's official Facebook Fanpage and follow @fujifilm_id Instagram account.
    5. The program period is valid from September 27, 2018 to October 16, 2018. .

  3. PHOTO SELECTION

    1. Participants are allowed to choose/ vote for one Xtraordinary Journey photo from each theme provided.
    2. Participants are allowed to choose/ vote for the same photo after 1 x 24 hours since the last time they chose the photo.
    3. The more often participants choose/ vote for a photo, the greater the chance of winning this program.

  4. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES

    1. Participants are required to share the photos that have been voted to their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
    2. Participants are required to put their social media (Facebook / Twitter) in public mode (not in private mode) to make it easier for the Organizer to check.
    3. Participants must check and see that the photos that have been voted are updated on social media before ending the share activity.
    4. Each participant is allowed to share as much as possible without time limit.
    5. The winner is the chosen lucky winner based on the jury's decision and the number of shares made.
    6. Selected participants/ winners have the opportunity to win prizes for only 1 (one) time.
    7. Each selected Winner is entitled to get a Prize in the form of 1 (one) Fujifilm X-T100 Kit camera
    8. The number of winners chosen is 3 people from each photo theme.
    9. Announcement of Winners will be held on October 19, 2018 at the site http://xtraordinary.fujifilm-x.id/ and Fujifilm Indonesia social media accounts.
    10. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not send a confirmation for 3x24 hours after the announcement of the Winner, it will be considered null without notice through any media. Furthermore, the Prize will be given to other lucky Participants chosen by the Organizer.
    11. Prizes cannot be transferred, returned and/ or exchanged for money or products from the Organizer.
    12. Prize tax is borne by the Winner.
    13. The results of the Organizer's decision are final and cannot be contested.
    14. Prizes will be sent to their respective addresses no later than 21 working days after the announcement of the Winner and after the required data has been declared complete.

  5. DATA PRIBADI

    By agreeing to these Conditions, each Participant is willing and gives permission to be contacted by the Organizer via private message, email, telephone or SMS. By participating in this Program, each Participant is deemed to have given approval and authority to the Organizer to disclose the personal data of each Participant for the benefit of the Organizer. In addition, the Organizer also has the right to use, publish or display personal data of each Participant and each Winner for advertising and publication purposes, if deemed necessary by the Organizer.

  6. OTHERS

    1. Each and all material contained in the photo is the property of the Operator and the Organizer has the right to use it in the interests of the Operator within an unlimited period of time.
    2. The Organizer has the right to disqualify Participants who do not fulfill and / or violate the Terms and Conditions and / or are suspected of cheating.
    3. The Operator has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
    4. Furthermore, the Provider has the right to cancel, delay and make any changes to this Program in the event of a situation beyond control or force majeure.
    5. This competition does not apply to employees of PT Fujifilm Indonesia and all parties involved in organizing the competition.
    6. This competition does not collect any fees. Always be careful of fraud in the name of Fujifilm Indonesia. If one part of these Terms and Conditions is canceled, unlawful, or cannot be implemented, it does not affect the validity of the other parts.
